What is my role?

1. If you are the only owner, director, CEO, authorised representative or significant shareholder of the company, you fully manage it, there are no complex structures then you ought to choose 1st option: "I'm the only significant shareholder and director".

1. If you are acting as an authorised representative, on the basis of Power of attorney, or other, but you are not the only one who can represent the company, or company has more than just you as a significant shareholder, or you posses a complex ownership structure, please choose option 2: "I'm one of several directors or significant shareholders".

1. In case if you do not have legal rights to representing the company and are acting as an assisting/administration force for registration of the company, please choose 3d option: "I'm neither a director nor significant shareholder with more that 25% shares in the company".
